Win 55 is strictly an 18+ platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Win 55 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.
Each person may hold only one registered Win 55 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different phone numbers or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms. All accounts beyond the first will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your Win 55 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested at registration or verification stage. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Win 55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to verify your identity by submitting a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. We may also request proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name matching your Win 55 account details.
Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction may be closed with balances returned to the depositing payment method after deduction of any active bonus funds.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Win 55 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts after this period. You will receive an email notification before any inactivity fees are applied, giving you the opportunity to log in and reactivate your account.
Win 55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Win 55 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made through any local Pakistani payment method.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own name — matching the name on your Win 55 account. Win 55 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
In cases where the original deposit method cannot receive a withdrawal — for example, if a deposit was made via a method that only supports incoming transfers — an alternative registered method in your name will be accepted after verification.
Standard withdrawal processing at Win 55 takes under 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. VIP Club members from Gold tier and above receive priority processing. Platinum VIP members receive express processing under 5 minutes. Diamond VIP members receive personal payout handling. Bank transfers to IBFT accounts may take 1–4 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
Win 55 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional security checks. Any such delay will be communicated to the affected member via email or live chat. We will never delay a withdrawal without reason.
All bonuses and promotional offers at Win 55 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, game eligibility restrictions, and minimum odds conditions. These terms are clearly displayed on each promotion page before you claim an offer. By claiming a bonus, you accept its specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
New Win 55 members are eligible for a 150% first deposit bonus up to Rs 15,000. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10x the sum of deposit plus bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 days of the deposit date. Bets placed on certain game categories — including virtual sports and some live casino side bets — may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward bonus wagering. A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling the specified multiple of your bonus (and sometimes deposit) amount before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example: a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before withdrawal. Wagering counts apply to settled bets only and are calculated on your stake, not on winnings.
Win 55 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or cancel pending withdrawals if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. This includes placing bets on outcomes with low variance specifically to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, using bonus funds to play in coordinated patterns across multiple accounts, or any other behaviour that contravenes the spirit of a promotional offer.

All bets placed at Win 55 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the terms of the market and the potential outcomes. Bets are binding once confirmed — Win 55 does not accept cancellation requests for correctly placed bets.
The minimum stake on any single bet at Win 55 is Rs 50 for sports betting markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and your account's VIP tier. Win 55 reserves the right to apply reduced maximum limits on specific markets or for specific accounts at its discretion.
A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or cancelled without a result being determined; a market is suspended or removed due to a technical error before the event begins; a manifest pricing error is identified before settlement; or where Win 55's rules for a specific sport require voidance. In all void cases, stakes are returned to your account wallet in full.
Win 55 offers ball-by-ball in-play betting on PSL and other cricket fixtures, as well as live markets on other sports. Bets accepted during in-play are binding subject to the live odds at the time of confirmation. Win 55 uses technical systems to verify that bets are accepted at the correct market price. Where a technical delay results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price, Win 55 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
If a price or market is published at Win 55 due to a manifest error — including a typographical error or a feed error resulting in an obviously incorrect odds price — Win 55 reserves the right to void affected bets. Examples of manifest error include odds of 100.00 being quoted on a heavy favourite, or a total runs market with an obviously incorrect line. Win 55 will not apply this provision opportunistically — only in clear and obvious cases.
All PSL betting markets at Win 55 are settled based on the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the official PSL governing body. In cases of match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern results are treated as official. Where a match is suspended and later completed, bets remain active. Where a match cannot be completed at all, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned, while in-play bets are settled based on the official partial result where applicable.
Win 55's online casino and live casino products — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and game shows — are operated under certified gaming standards. All random number generation for non-live casino games is independently tested. All live dealer results are produced and recorded by physical dealing and are subject to monitoring under the game provider's licensing conditions.
Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface. By launching a casino game at Win 55, you confirm that you understand the rules applicable to that game. Win 55 is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
If your internet connection is interrupted during a casino game session, Win 55's systems will complete the round in progress using the standard game logic. In live casino, if a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on Win 55's side, the round will be voided and your stake returned. Disconnections on the player's side do not entitle the player to a stake refund where the round has been completed normally.
Andar Bahar and Teen Patti are live dealer games operated by Win 55's certified game providers. These games are among the most popular at Win 55 among Pakistani players. All results are final as produced by the live dealer. Bets accepted before the dealing cut-off point are valid; bets attempted after the cut-off are declined automatically by the system.

Win 55 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, that the account is linked to money laundering or other illegal activity, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to Win 55 or other players.
You may close your Win 55 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonus balances (that have not met wagering requirements) will be removed. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method.
Win 55 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit balances in cases of confirmed fraud, multi-accounting, identity misrepresentation, or any other serious violation of these Terms. In such cases, Win 55 will provide a written explanation to the account holder at the email address on file.
All content on the Win 55 platform — including but not limited to the Win 55 brand name, logo, site design, text, graphics, software, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the intellectual property of Win 55 or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Win 55 content without express written permission.
Your Win 55 account grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the platform for your own private betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, assign, or transfer access to any third party.
Win 55 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Win 55 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — Win 55 will notify registered members by email to the address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
If you do not agree with a notified change to the Terms, you should close your account before the change takes effect. Continued use of Win 55 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
